Mass unfollow on Twitter

Following thousands of accounts turns your feed into noise. X Cleaner scans the accounts you follow and your followers, then unfollows the ones you select in bulk, right from x.com.

With the Chrome extension

  1. Install X Cleaner from the Chrome Web Store, upgrade to Pro and open x.com.
  2. In the panel, scan the accounts you follow, and your followers if you want them listed too.
  3. Check the accounts to unfollow and uncheck the ones to keep.
  4. Start the unfollow. You can pause, resume or stop at any time.

With X Cleaner Cloud

Not available in X Cleaner Cloud: this feature needs the extension.

Good to know

Mass unfollow is part of Pro and works only in the Chrome extension; X Cleaner Cloud does not unfollow accounts. The extension runs from your own session and pauses by itself when X slows requests down.

Questions

How do I unfollow everyone on Twitter at once?

Scan the accounts you follow in the X Cleaner panel, select them all, and start the unfollow. It requires Pro.

Can I scan my followers too?

Yes. With Pro, the extension scans your followers as well as the accounts you follow, so you can decide who to keep.

Can X Cleaner Cloud unfollow accounts?

No. Mass unfollow is only in the Chrome extension, with Pro: $5.49/month or $21 for life.
