X Cleaner (the “service”) is published by SBS, 16 Place des Quinconces, 33000 Bordeaux, France — contact@x-cleaner.app. By installing or using the X Cleaner extension, or by purchasing a paid plan, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
X Cleaner is a Chrome extension that helps you manage and clean up your own X (formerly Twitter) account: deleting tweets, retweets, likes and replies, direct messages and bookmarks, managing the accounts you follow (unfollow, block, mute), lists, account audit, import of your X archive, scheduled cleanups and exports.
The extension works in your browser using your existing X session. Deletions made on X are irreversible: you are responsible for the items you choose to delete. X may keep certain data on its own servers according to its own policies.
X Cleaner is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by X Corp. The service relies on how the X website works. X may change its interfaces or APIs at any time, which may temporarily or permanently affect some features. We make reasonable efforts to adapt the extension quickly, but we cannot guarantee that X will allow the service to keep working.
Prices include applicable taxes and are charged in the currency displayed by Stripe at checkout. Any change in the price of Pro Monthly will be notified to subscribers at least 30 days in advance; you may cancel before it takes effect. A price change never affects a Pro Lifetime licence already purchased.
Payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd). We never see or store your card details. Pro Monthly is charged automatically at the beginning of each monthly period until you cancel.
You can obtain a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, on simple request to contact@x-cleaner.app, without having to give any reason. This guarantee applies to every paid plan and includes the statutory right of withdrawal of consumers. The refund is made to the original payment method within 14 days of your request.

You keep Pro access until the end of the period already paid, then your account automatically returns to the Free plan. No further payment is taken.

We may suspend or terminate a licence only in case of abuse or fraud (for example resale or sharing of a licence key, circumvention of the limits, fraudulent payment or unlawful use). Except in case of fraud, we will first inform you by email of the reason and give you the opportunity to respond. If you are a consumer, the unused part of the period you have paid for is refunded pro rata.
If you are a consumer, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (articles L224-25-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and from the mandatory rights of your country of residence.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, nor for the consequences of changes made by X to its service. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service during the 12 months preceding the event. These limitations do not apply in case of gross negligence or wilful misconduct, nor to the mandatory rights of consumers.
The extension, the website, the X Cleaner brand and their content are protected by intellectual property law. Your licence gives you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the extension.

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced on the website or in the extension; for Pro Monthly subscribers, at least 30 days before they take effect, with the possibility to cancel. The version in force on the date of your purchase applies to that purchase.
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
In case of difficulty, please contact us first at contact@x-cleaner.app: most issues are solved quickly. In accordance with article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge.
Failing an amicable solution, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts; for professional users, the courts of Bordeaux (France).
